What’s our process?

Once you've had the source of water flow repaired by a third party, WBS will send a water damage specialty team to inspect damages or a crew to begin water extraction.

1.  After the source of water or flooding has been repaired, our restoration professionals will conduct a comprehensive and accurate damage assessment. The water contamination category and classifications will be identified, as well as the insurance category and classification of the damages.

2. Insurance-based software will be used to accurately estimate the time and materials needed to complete your job.

(Many business owners' insurance policies will cover both water removal and repair costs.)

3. We will start extracting, drying, and cleaning once our experts identify the restoration strategy we need to use based on the damage to your building.

4. During water extraction, we will utilize water pumps to remove water from the property.

5. We will determine how to mitigate the water damage based on the quantity of water damage and the water sanitation category. We use industrial dehumidifiers, powerful fans, and thermal imaging to dry your walls, floors, and other key areas rapidly and thoroughly.

6. Before we decontaminate, clean, and disinfect your home to eliminate mold and microorganisms, we'll remove any remaining dirt and debris. If mold is detected, we can perform mold remediation services.

7. Our construction team will carry out repairs and reconstruction in accordance with IICRC S500 standards. We'll move your damaged belongings to our facility for contents restoration if you would like. We'll handle and return them to your property once the remediation work is complete.

8. To ensure that your structure is completely dry, your restoration team will conduct a final moisture test. At this time, WBS engineers and technicians will inspect the repair work to guarantee it meets quality and safety standards.
