St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department

The project transformed a prominent corner storefront—over 4,000 square feet—on the first floor of The Globe Building, located at the intersection of Tucker Boulevard and Convention Center Drive, into a fully functioning, state-of-the-art facility for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD).

• Design & Build-Out: Fully constructed and finished interiors suitable for police operations, including office space, secure storage, and public-facing areas.
• Exterior Treatment: The street-facing elevations have been clad in black glass, with prominent SLMPD branding to maximize visibility and community presence.
• Visibility & Community Impact: Installed at a high-traffic, highly visible corner, the substation now serves as a deterrent and symbol of Downtown Safety.
